Jeff Schmahl
Drums, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboards and Vocals!

I was born and raised in the Midwest (Minnesota), grew up on Oldies, Doo Wop and Standards. I took drum lessons in 11th grade, played in a little band in high school. Self taught on guitar and bass.guitar. I also play a little keyboards. Spent 4 years in the Navy where I learned to like Country Western while filling in on drums for a while.

Re-entered civilian life in 1970, played in a little bar band for a few years. In 1974 I joined a 50's/60's show band (found my home). I Stayed in that genre basically until Crystal (my wife)

and I moved to Arizona in 1999. I Played casual Country gigs here & there until early 2005 when I joined "The Coverups" I played the bass guitar in this group and we played Classic Rock (Beatles on up). God blessed me with a good ear for harmony and chord progressions. I don't believe that music, booze and drugs go well together. I was invited to fill in as a drummer for Debbie and Double Eagle Band and found it to be a good fit.
